A brief history about us: In 2011, award winning chef Dennis Frazier founded Cater Phoenix out of his studio apartment with an initial investment of $500.00 and a vision. Over the years chef Dennis and his team grew this start up company into one of the largest catering firms in Arizona (ranked on the Book of Lists largest catering firms since 2016).
In 2016 chef Dennis and his team founded Cafe Pranzo. It was a hit from day one. A quaint breakfast and lunch cafe in the Perimeter Center in Scottsdale. In addition to the cafe, Cafe Pranzo has a robust catering business that has grown exponentially since its inception.
In 2018 chef Dennis and his team were at it once again with the creation of Doughboy’s Deli Boxed Lunch Company. The goal was to fill the need for amazing boxed lunches and sandwich buffets to local businesses in the greater Phoenix area. The response has been incredible. We proudly feature artisan bread, house roasted meats, signature sides and the freshest produce. In addition, we have a wonderful selection of gluten free and vegan selections.
